This group provides a safe place to share experiences, discussing spiritual concepts, and offer guidance and support to one another.

We will end with a Reiki healing meditation to promote relaxation, balance, and healing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Many people find this practice helpful for reducing stress, promoting relaxation, and improving overall well-being.
